How many albums does Jennifer Lopez have? Could ‘This Is Me...Now:’ be her last?

Jennifer Lopez is embarking on her first tour in five years, and is set to grace stages across the United States this summer. The 54-year-old will showcase her latest project, the Amazon film “This Is Me...Now: A Love Story,” which premiered earlier this year.

Accompanied by her husband Ben Affleck, Lopez made a stunning appearance at the film’s premiere. Released on February 16, the film goes hand in hand with Lopez’s new album, also titled ‘This is Me...Now.’

As for her latest album, the 13 track ‘This is Me...Now’ was was preceded by the lead single, “Can’t Get Enough” and the record is described by JLo as a sequel to her third studio release, 2002′s ‘This is Me...Then’.

Lopez’s reunion with former fiance Ben Affleck provides much of the inspiration for the record with the couple eventually tying the knot back in 2022. ‘This Is Me... Now’ was recorded between May and August 2022 and completed in June of last year.

The album, JLo’s first in a decade and ninth in her recording career, is part of a series of activity the 54-year-old will undergo with the album partnering a 45 minute film of the same name which was also released on 16 February via Amazon Prime.

The film premiered in Hollywood on Tuesday, where the singer and actress walked the red carpet with her husband, actor-director Ben Affleck and delves into her love life and the nature of relationships, including with herself, through the characters in her self-penned drama and is an elaborate high-budget production.

This is Me ...Now: tour

JLo fans were also handed the news that Lopez was set to hit the road in late June kicking off the tour in Orlando (Florida) and winds up in Houston (Texas) on 31 August to promote the new album.

However, the initial tour schedule was something of a failure, with dates cancelled in Cleveland, Nashville, Raleigh, Atlanta, Tampa, New Orleans and Houston due to poor sales.
