How to get tickets for Beyonce’s Renaissance world tour

The tour dates for Beyonce’s long-anticipated Renaissance world tour are finally here. Announced early morning on February 1, here is all your need to know to secure your set of tickets.

Ticket sales begin February 6, however, there is an exclusive pre-sale to fans that can be accessed in three different ways: being a Beyhive official member, having a Citi Card, and being a TicketMaster Verified fan.

Three pre-sale groups and three different ways to access pre-sale

Pre-sale registration is split up into three groups. After selecting the date you would like to purchase tickets for, fans are brought to a page showing three categories to choose from. Each group is comprised of 7-10 North American dates, with different pre-sale dates.

Group A, which is comprised of her Atlanta, Chicago, East Rutherford, Houston, Inglewood, Las Vegas, Toronto, Vancouver, and Washington show, begins pre-sale on February 2, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Group B, which is comprised of her Boston, Dallas, Miami, Minneapolis, San Francisco, Seattle, and Tampa shows, begins pre-sale on February 9, at 11:59 p.m. E.T.

Finally, Group C, comprised of her Charlotte, Detroit, Kansas City, Louisville, Nashville, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, and St. Louis shows begins pre-sale later on February 16, at the same time as the previous groups.

The European leg of the tour will have pre-sale dates as well, but only accessible through the BeyHive Method.

After selecting the date you are interested in, the website will bring you to a page where the three different methods to access the pre-sale are listed and explained. The three methods are explained below.

BeyHive Member Method

The first method is open to BeyHive members - fans who have previously officially signed up as BeyHive members on Beyonce’s website.

According to fans on the Beyonce subreddit, the signup portal has been unavailable for several weeks now, meaning pre-existing longtime members of the BeyHive are likely the only ones with access to pre-sale tickets this way.

Citi Card pre-sale Method

Another way fans can access the Renaissance world tour pre-sale is by having a Citi credit or debit card. After selecting the Citi cardholder option, fans are brought to a page where they must register with Ticketmaster with their Citi Card. Once registered they receive a confirmation email.

The day before the pre-sale begins the cardholder will receive an email letting them know if they were selected for pre-sale or placed on the waitlist. If selected they will receive an access code for ticket sales.

It’s important to note that all pre-sale methods are organized with a lottery-style process, meaning a fan can sign up for pre-sale and either be selected by a randomized lottery or be put on a waitlist.

Verified Ticketmaster Fan Method

This process requires fans to make an account with Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster then authenticates their account as legitimate. After that, they will be put into the lottery selection system and sent an email a day prior to the pre-sale letting them know if they were selected or waitlisted.

The selected individuals will receive a pre-sale access code.
