Jonas Brothers set to play a five-Night Broadway Residency in March
The trio is set to play a different album each night, playing all their biggest hits
The Jonas Brothers are back, and they’re not doing any regular old tour. The brothers will be taking to Broadway for a five-night residency at the Marquis Theater in Manhattan beginning on March 14.
Each night of the residency will be dedicated to five of the band’s albums, starting with 2006’s ‘Jonas Brothers’ and ending with ‘The Album’, their upcoming album to be released May 12.
An exciting year for the Jonas Brothers
Last month, the Jonas Brothers also appeared in Hollywood to receive their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The entire Jonas family was present, which the brothers have always felt supported them throughout their careers.
Kevin thanked his family with his wife Danielle, describing them as a “driving force”, followed by Joe thanking his “partner in crime”, wife Sophia Turner. Nick Jonas addressed his wife, Priyanka Chopra directly, saying “You are my calm and crazy and I love being married to you. To my daughter Malti Marie, I can’t wait to come back here in 15 years and embarrass you in front of your friends.”
On Friday, February 24, the trio released a new single, their first since 2021, called ‘Wings’ from their upcoming album.
The band previously split in 2013 due to creative differences between the brothers. But in 2019, after a six-year absence, the band returned to the delight of fans.
“We felt like we wanted to feel that magic again, so we talked about it and after a few conversations and a bit of healing that needed to be done with us as family, we all came to the decision to do this again,” Nick said about the reunion in an interview with SiriusXM Hits 1 back in 2019.
“We got in the studio and that magic that we spoke about, we felt it again. We’re on cloud nine at the moment.”
