Logan Paul and Nina Agdal get engaged: how the marriage proposal went down

Logan Paul and Nina Agdal are set to tie the knot!

On Monday, the Daily Mail revealed that YouTube personality Paul, 28, is engaged to Agdal, a 31-year-old Danish model. The news of wedding bells comes weeks after the pair celebrated their first anniversary as a couple in mid-May.

“Bro, you have a sister!”

According to the Mail, Paul asked Agdal to marry him on Sunday night, as they enjoyed a romantic summer break in Lake Como, Italy.

After his now-fiancée had said yes, Paul reportedly called Jake Paul, his younger brother and a fellow internet star, to relay the good news. According to an eyewitness quoted by the Mail, Logan told Jake: “Bro, you have a sister!”

Couldn’t put a ring on it

However, the proposal didn’t go off completely smoothly. The witness also told the Mail that the engagement ring Paul had chosen was the wrong size for Agdal, who couldn’t get it onto her finger.

Couple met in the Big Apple

Although they got together in May 2022, Paul and Agdal didn’t make their relationship public until a couple of months later.

According to the Dane, they first met at an event in New York - and felt an instant connection.

“I found out he was there and my gut was screaming that I had to say hi to him,” Agdal told an interview with the Daily Front Row in February.

“I basically convinced him to meet me and my friends upstairs for a drink. I didn’t want to walk downstairs because of my bad back.

“He came upstairs and we started joking around. It instantly felt like I had known him for years, and here we are. It was wild!”
