Megan Fox attends Oscars after-party without engagement ring

Megan Fox appeared to be enjoying herself partying without her fiancé or her engagement ring at Vanity Fair’s Oscars after-party on Sunday, wearing a stunning, deep-plunging black strapless Miss Sohee Couture gown.

She sported new red hair, and was noticeably alone, without her fiancé, musician Machine Gun Kelly, or her engagement ring, weeks after the couple had been having problems. On the same day that Fox attended the party, Kelly performed a show at The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, in Dana Point, California.

When did the relationship troubles begin?

“She seemed really happy and light. Super nice to everyone,” a source told People on Fox’s appearance at the party.

As of last week, another source had reportedly told ET that the couple is still working through trust issues.

“They have a lot to work out before they can think about moving forward together as partners,” the source said.

“MGK really loves Megan, and he is hopeful that they can get to a better place and be happy together. He knows he is going to have to go above and beyond to reconcile things with her.”

Trouble in the relationship began last month during Super Bowl LVII weekend when Megan posted a selfie and a video of her burning a letter in an Instagram carousel.

The post was captioned: “You can taste the dishonesty/it’s all over your breath” which are lyrics from Beyoncé's album ‘Lemonade’, released after Jay-Z cheated on her.

Fox had also unfollowed her fiancé and followed Eminem, with whom Kelly has had a public feud after Kelly made a tweet about Eminem’s daughter. She also deleted the majority of pictures of her and Kelly on her account.

After the Instagram drama, Fox deactivated her account for a week.

The couple have been in therapy for a month

During the week that Fox had her Instagram account deactivated, the couple was then seen leaving a marriage counseling office, with Fox leaving in tears, and the couple leaving separately.

Since then, they have been reportedly attending couples therapy daily on zoom.

Despite this, there has been no comment as to why Fox attended the Oscars after-party by herself, or why she was not wearing her engagement ring.
