Miles Teller’s Los Angeles home was reportedly ransacked and burglarized. It’s said that someone broke into the home of the ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ star last week while he was away.

According to TMZ, the alleged thieves gained entry by smashing a glass back door. They reportedly ransacked Teller’s entire home, but it’s unclear what exactly they took, as Teller is still out of town and has yet to investigate his losses.

The outlet says that law enforcement was alerted of the situation by the actor’s home alarm, but the suspects were able to make a clean getaway before police could arrive on the scene. It’s unlikely Teller was intentionally targeted.

Instead, it’s believed the ‘War Dogs’ actor may have fallen victim to a string of burglaries that have been terrorizing the area recently. As of now, there have been no arrests, but the investigation continues.

While on vacation

Miles Teller’s representatives also have yet to comment on the matter. It’s reported that Teller was away in France on vacation when the incident occurred. The actors’ wife Keleigh Teller recently posted a carousel of photos of the pair in France.

Accompanying the four photos of the romantic couple, she also wishes her husband a happy early birthday. Teller turned 36 on February 20 of this year.

She captioned the post: “Happy early birthday my love. Thank you to @lejulesverneparis for an incredible dinner at the Eiffel Tower and @fsgeorgevparis for everything to help surprise him merci merci.

Not uncommon for celebrities

Unfortunately, Teller isn’t the only celebrity to deal with trespassing and burglary issues recently. Since the beginning of the year, John Mayer, Billie Eilish, Kim Kardashian, and Drake have all had issues with unwelcome visitors on their property.

For Drake, Mayer, and Kim Kardashian, these recent incidents are not the first time the celebrities have had trespassers or been robbed. Drake’s LA home has had two trespassing incidents in just about six months.

Mayer’s home has been burglarized both this month and back in August 2018. In the 2018 incident, Mayer lost up to $200,000 in items.

In December, Kim Kardashian was granted a five-year order of protection against Andre Persaud, who was arrested for breaking the order and attempting to get into her gated community earlier this month. The man has been reported to have shown up to her LA home on at least three separate occasions prior.
