Update:

Playboi Carti’s eagerly awaited third studio album, ‘Music’ finally saw the light of day on March 14.

The follow up to 2020’s Whole Lotta Red is a 30 track opus and features guest collaborations from the likes of Travis Scott, Future, The Weeknd, Young Thug and Kendrick Lamar.

Despite reviews from many sources for ‘Music’ being mixed with Medium claiming: "Playboi Carti’s MUSIC does have its highs, but there are way, way too many lows on the album", fans have embraced the Atlanta based rappers third studio offering.

“Phenomenal work. Without a doubt the best album Playboi Carti has put out” and “In fact “Music” is the antithesis of “To Pimp A Butterfly”, and that’s a good thing raved two Carti fans.

Spotify record

Irrespective of the music critics opinions, ‘Music’, became Spotify‘s most-streamed album in a single day in 2025 so far, following the album release last Friday.

Via an Instagram post on the official Spotify account, a succinct: Carti’s MUSIC is already making history accompanied the post.
