New trailer for ‘The Marvels’ dropped and fans are already excited

‘The Marvels’ trailer released on April 11, 2023.

The Marvels

The next highly anticipated Marvel Studios blockbuster ‘The Marvels’ is already generating buzz. The trailer dropped earlier today and features a fun group of superheroes.

In the trailer, Carol Danvers (Brie Larson), Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris), and Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani) team up in an unlikely trio. The film is set as a follow-up to Carol Danvers’ origin story, and the three heroes’ powers intertwine, forcing them to work together.

In the official synopsis for the film, Carol Danvers navigates a destabilized universe, and through a series of unintended consequences, she finds her powers linked to two others - despite being in different universes.

“Together, this unlikely trio must team up and learn to work in concert to save the universe,” Marvel Studios says.

The film is set to release in theaters on November 10, 2023, after delays pushed the release back from this summer.

‘The Marvels’ reveals cast list

‘The Marvels’ is directed by Nia DaCosta, and this Marvel debut makes her the first Black woman to direct a film in the MCU. The blockbuster also boasts an impressive cast list, one sure to get fans excited.

Samuel L. Jackson will be reprising his role as Nick Fury, the founder of the Avengers team. ‘The Marvels’ also welcomes Park Seo-joon, known for his role as Min in thriller ‘Parasite’, and ‘Velvet Buzzsaw’ actress Zawe Ashton as a new MCU villain.

Many fans express their excitement for ‘The Marvels’ on social media after the release of the trailer earlier this week. One fan commented on the hilarious dynamic between the three leads.
