Nick Cannon reacts to Mariah Carey’s TikTok fun with Kim Kardashian
Cannon had nothing but nice things to say about Carey, as well as Kardashian.
Nick Cannon, host of Fox’s ‘The Masked Singer’ and MTV’s ‘Wild n’ Out’, was seen blushing over ex-Mariah Carey in a recent video.
The 42-year old and Carey share two 11-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan.
Cannon recently took Entertainment Tonight on a behind-the-scenes tour of his Studio City entertainment company ‘NCREDIBLE,’ which has been hosts to popular rap artists such as Snoop Dogg and T-Pain.
Cannon shows support for Mariah Carey
While taking in the scenes of his desk, ET host Kevin Frazier couldn’t help but point out a ‘Mariah Carey’ Billboard cover peeking out from behind the photograph of Cannon and his mother.
“Of course!” Cannon responds enthusiastically, proud to show his support to his ex-wife of eight years and mother of their daughter, Monroe.
The two then watch a TikTok where Monroe and Mariah, as well as friends Kim Kardashian and daughter North, are seen lip syncing to Carey’s hit song, ‘It’s a Wrap’.
The TikTok reveals how the young celebrity daughters are not shy when it comes to the spotlight, pushing aside their mothers as they come into the frame.
“It’s a wrap! But never for us,” Kardashian captioned the post, which she later shared via her Instagram story.
“I loved it!” Nick beams in response to the video.
No bad blood
When talking about the relationship between Monroe and Carey, Cannon noted that there is definitely a connection between the two.
“My daughter has the entertainment bug. [You can] definitely see that connection with her and her mom,” he added. “It’s beautiful, the fact that they get to have fun with each other... families are connecting in a different way than ever before.”
Cannon also pointed out that Monroe does more than just lip-sync on social media.
“I don’t even know if I’m allowed to talk about it. Mariah’s like, ‘Let me handle this. I got this.’,” said Cannon.
Cannon and Carey were married from 2008 to 2016. They separated in 2014, with their divorce becoming official in 2016.
Along with his kids with Carey, Cannon is also the father of 10 more children with five different women.
