Olivia Culpo and NFL star Christian McCaffrey are now engaged
The couple recently took to social media to announce their engagement.
NFL star Christian McCaffrey and model Olivia Culpo took to social media on Friday to announce their engagement.
The San Francisco 49er running back proposed while the couple were on a trip in Utah, and they shared a series of black and white photos to Instagram.
The first is of McCaffrey holding out a ring while on one knee as Culpo has her hands to her face, seemingly in shock. The other photos show the couple happy and smiling, while Culpo shows off her ring in the final picture.

Culpo’s engagement ring was designed by Ring Concierge, and features a Whisper Thing three-stone oval with Epaulette stones of yellow gold and platinum on the sides.

Culpo and McCaffrey’s dating history
The pair began dating in 2019 after vacationing together in Mexico. Before meeting McCaffrey, Culpo had a rule against dating athletes, which she eventually broke.
“He’s just the best, I feel like he is really everything that I could ever ask for,” Culpo said at the time. “So I never have to worry about anything.
“I think that was the reason why I didn’t want to date an athlete, no offense, because there is a reputation there.”
Culpo previously told People that their relationship is built on strong faith.
“I think every single relationship teaches you so much about yourself, and I definitely have an appreciation for my relationship now that I would never have because of all of my past experiences, so you have to be grateful for the rough s**t,” she said.
Culpo and McCaffrey have been together for four years.
