Now that heiress Paris Hilton and her partner Carter Reum have had their first child, they are getting down to the nitty-gritty of how they will raise their kids.

Once the couple established that Hilton makes breakfast like a “child’s dream”, the two discussed the implications of social media on young children, and how they don’t want too much of it in their house.

In a video released by E News where Hilton and her beau make breakfast and talk about their future together, the socialite acknowledged the treacherous side of social media, especially on young girls, and declared that she doesn’t want her daughter to grow up under that negative influence.

Reum asked his sweetheart what they were going to do about TikTok and if they will ban them from whatever version of social media is current when the child gets a little older.

“That’s literally the last thing I would want for my daughter, being an influencer in this world,” Hilton responded. “I just think it’s so toxic.”

“Of course there’s the good and the bad, but a lot of it is just really bad.”

Reum laughed, noting that Hilton is the “Original OG of social media” and that their kids will probably think that’s unfair.

Reum also reminded Hilton of the rebellious ways of children by asking the heiress if she remembers what she did when she was young and her mother told her she couldn’t do something.

Hilton shrugged, stirring onions into the eggs, “Did it.”

Hilton grinned and looked at her partner. “I hope that she’s a nerd like her dad,” the heiress joked.

“Before I liked nice guys, I would have just called you a nerd. And now I like it.”

Breakfast at the Hilton house

The future of the newlywed couple’s home will involve lots of delicious breakfasts, which Reum observed was more than suitable for children.

“The good thing is, everything you cook for breakfast is a child’s dream,” he said while the camera panned across the counter at Hilton’s many breakfast ingredients. “French toast, Mickey Mouse pancakes.”

Reum daydreamed about what life might be like as their family grows, imagining himself working at the table while their children enjoyed breakfast or watched cartoons.

“I want them to have so much fun that they don’t even want to be on the phone,” Paris declared.

Paris’ baby announcement

The entrepreneur and media personality announced the arrival of her surrogate child in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

“You are already loved beyond words,” Hilton wrote about her new baby in the caption.
