Pedro Pascal’s insane coffee order revealed: “I cannot begin to tell you how violating this was”
Two years ago the Chilean-American actor’s morning ritual was exposed by keen-eyed fans. He likes his coffee strong - very strong.

Pedro Pascal’s career in acting entered a completely new dimension after he starred as Joel Miller in the HBO dystopian thriller Last Of Us. All of a sudden he was a household name with every aspect of his daily life scrutinized and dissected on social media - even what he has for breakfast.
The 49-year-old actor’s breakfast habits went viral in February 2023 after attending a couple of autograph-hunting fans who spotted him out and about in New York City.

Pedro Pascal’s Starbucks order revealed
Pascal appeared to have just come from Starbucks - he was clutching a large takeaway coffee as he happily obliged the fans’ autograph request. TikToker @alexafromspace videoed the moment and posted it online and soon, keen-eyed fans spotted something very unusual about the actor’s caffeine drink.
The order slip was pasted to the side of the cup. It showed he had ordered an iced quadruple espresso with extra ice and a staggering six shots of espresso.
Of course there’s nothing wrong with starting your day off with a caffeine fix although Pedro’s tastes might be a little extreme for most people. He was reminded of the incident by Jimmy Kimmel this week.
“It’s an insane order by the way. Is that six extra shots or six total shots?” the host asked.
A slightly embarrassed Pascal laughed as he began to explain, “I cannot begin to tell you how violating this was!”
Four shots of espresso, or six?
He continued, “There’s so much context to why it has become six shots of espresso. It was always a quad (4), but then I feel like the cups got bigger, and, I don’t know – the shots got less strong and at some point it became six, and it was an incredibly private morning ritual that I never wanted anyone to know about. I don’t have more coffee for the rest of the day, I swear!”
Kimmel joked: “This is not even coffee, this is a methaccino at this point!”
But as Pascal points out, it’s the kick he needs, making him alert to tackle his morning chores: “It’s on ice, you sip it, you get really high, and you answer emails and stuff”.
One thing’s for sure, his daily trip to Starbucks has never been the same since.
