Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello continue to spend time together after Coachella kiss

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello sparked rumors that they’re rekindling their romance after being spotted kissing at Coachella.

Fans on social media went into a frenzy at the news, but neither party has confirmed or denied if they are back together. Either way, Mendes and Cabello have been seen spending more time together since their Coachella kiss.

Australian journalist Jessica Rendall, who captured the video, told People that they seemed happy.

“I must’ve had a very shocked look on my face because Shawn gave me a knowing smirk as they walked past,” she said. “They were very deep in conversation but seemed super comfortable and happy together.”

Public outings

Since then, the pair have been seen on several outings in Los Angeles.

“They are enjoying daytime strolls and nighttime casual dinners out,” an insider said. “They have been hanging out just the two of them.

“They are very cute, keep holding hands and laughing. They seem very happy to be reconnected.”

Mendes and Cabello’s relationship timeline

Mendes and Cabello originally dated from summer 2019 to November 2021. They announced their breakup to their social media accounts in a joint statement.

“Hey guys, we’ve decided to end our romantic relationship but our love for one another as humans is stronger than ever,” they wrote. “We started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends. We so appreciate your support from the beginning and moving forward. Camila and Shawn.”

After their breakup, Mendes was linked with chiropractor Jocelyne Miranda and singer Sabrina Carpenter. However, it was never confirmed if he was romantically involved with either of them.

Cabello, on the other hand, entered a relationship with Lox Club co-founder Austin Kevitch for several months in 2022. The relationship reportedly ended due to issues balancing work and a relationship.
