After five years away from the stage, the singer of ‘Anti-Hero’ undertook one of the most lucrative musical tours in history: The Eras Tour.

Taylor Swift’s stadium tour kicked off on March 17 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona with Paramore and GAYLE as guest artists. The show lasts three hours and 15 minutes and is made up of a setlist of 44 songs, all grouped into different acts that correspond to the 10 albums -or eras- of the singer.

According to an estimate made by Billboard, by the time The Eras Tour comes to an end, Taylor Swift will have generated $591 million in sales, solely from the tickets, which are valued at an average of $215 each.

Taking into account the total number of dates, the artist will earn approximately $11 million per concert, plus whatever is sold in merchandise. However, profits are distributed between Swift and her team, including the concert’s promoter and other production expenses.

However, a report by CNN projects that The Eras Tour could gross more than $2 billion in North American ticket sales alone. This number was based on August survey data provided by QuestionPro to the network.

If this prediction comes true, the superstar musician will become the highest-grossing concert artist of all time. According to Billboard Boxscore, the record for the highest-grossing tour is currently held by Elton John, whose Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour has grossed $939.1 million.

The success of The Eras Tour will bump up Swift’s wealth significantly. Currently, her fortune is estimated at $600 million, with a monthly income of around $150 million, according to figures from the Celebrity Net Worth website.
