Molly Shannon is set to host ‘Saturday Night Live’ on Saturday, April 8, and she’ll be joined by musical guests, the Jonas Brothers.

What time are the Jonas Brothers appearing on ‘Saturday Night Live’?

Joe, Kevin and Nick Jonas comprise the Jonas Brothers, and with their sixth LP, ‘The Album’, set to be released on May 12, 2023, fans will want to check in to hear new songs.

‘Saturday Night Live’ begins at 11:30 p.m. ET/ 10:30 CT on NBC, and can be streamed the following day on Peacock.

The appearance will be the Jonas Brothers’ third on ‘SNL’. They previously performed on the sketch show back in 2009 with Alec Baldwin as host, performing ‘Tonight’ and ‘Video Girl’.

They also appeared on the show back in 2019 with Emma Thompson as host. The band performed ‘Sucker’ and a medley of ‘Cool’ and ‘Burnin’ Up’.

Nick Jonas also pulled double duty as host and musical guest back in 2016.

Some lucky fans were treated to some new music during the band’s five-night Broadway residency back in March.

The band highlighted a different album for each performance, with the final night dedicated to ‘The Album’.

Jonas Brothers and Molly Shannon gearing up for the show

The Jonas Brothers are no strangers to ‘Saturday Night Live’, but neither is Shannon, having been a cast member from 1995 to 2001.

In one of the promos in the leadup to Saturday’s show, current cast member Ego Nwodim and the Jonas Brothers admit they are nervous at performing alongside Shannon.

That’s when the 58-year-old resurrects her Mary Catherine Gallagher character, the socially awkward schoolgirl who sticks her fingers under her arms.

“Sometimes when I get nervous, I stick my fingers under my arms, and I smell them,” says Shannon.

“Oh, wow,” Nwodim remarks after trying out the suggestion. “That worked. I’m not nervous anymore.”

In another, Shannon asks Nwodim and the Jonas Brothers if they are ready for the annual ‘SNL’ Easter egg hunt.

“Oh, we can’t participate in that,” Nick Jonas says, with Shannon asking: “Really? Why not?”

“Our mom said we’re not allowed to have chocolate,” Joe Jonas responds. “It makes us too hyper,” adds Kevin Jonas.
