Extra dates have been added for Wembley for 27th and 28th of September 2025 and now it appears that the Gallaghers will be taking their show beyond Europe to fans further afield.

Oasis’ last live public performance in the United States

During the mid-90s, Oasis were huge in the UK, Europe and Japan but never really managed to “break America” as they say in rock ‘n’ roll circles. That’s not to say they didn’t, or don’t have any fans in the US, and the group stopped off in the States several times (the Don’t Believe the Truth Tour and the Dig Out Your Soul Tour both took them across North and South America).

The group’s last gig in the US was at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Virginia on 20 December 2008 - the last off 11 dates which included a night at Madison Square Garden.

Cities lined up for Oasis 2025 world tour

  • Toronto, Canada
  • Chicago, United States
  • East Rutherford, New Jersey, United States
  • Boston, United States
  • Los Angeles, United States
  • Mexico City, Mexico
  • Seoul, South Korea
  • Tokyo, Japan
  • Melbourne, Australia
  • Sydney, Australia
  • São Paulo, Brazil
  • Santiago, Chile
  • Buenos Aires, Argentina

The Gallagher brothers, self-confessed “Rock n’ Roll geniuses” also have a big following in South America and it looks like they’ll be heading back, to return to some of the cities they have visited before: Lima, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Rio...

When will Oasis play in the United States?

According to several reports in England, Oasis plan to extend their 2025 tour to the United States, South America, Asia and Australia. Dates and ticket prices for those shows have not been confirmed yet but it’s like that the band will schedule dates after they have completed the UK leg which concludes at Wembley on 28 September.

Liam and the lads are going to need a good break after that, so we can expect to see dates announced in the fall or run-up to Christmas.

The band’s last public performance was at the V Festival at Weston Park, South Staffordshire on 22 August 2009 when they played a 16-song set, featuring many of their big hits: Roll with it, Cigarettes & Alcohol, Half The World Away, Wonderwall, Live Forever and return for an encore in which they played three songs, ending with a cover of the Beatles’ I am the Walrus.

It turned out to be the last song that Oasis would perform together as a band. They were due to play at Paris’ Rock en Seine Festival the following week but the gig was cancelled after an alleged punch-up backstage, prompting Noel to quit the band.
