Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras’ Tour continues to break records. With an average audience of 54,000 per show, it is estimated that it could gross $1.4 billion by the time the tour reaches its conclusion in Europe in August 2024. It is already one of the biggest world tours put on by a single female performer in history, and aside from her loyal fans, the Swifties, a number of celebrities have also been spotted supporting the pop star at shows, joining the Swiftie club.

Since kicking off her tour with two nights at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona back in March, celebrities and friends of the singer have joined Swift both on and off the stage.

Opening night celebrity attendees

Emma Stone and HAIM were both spotted in the audience on the opening night of the ‘Eras’ Tour.

Stone was famously recorded singing and dancing along with her friend, Swift, on stage.

Swift’s bestie, Selena Gomez, was also in attendance, enjoying her friend’s performance.

‘Jurassic Park’ actress Laura Dern was also in the audience that night, dancing away with a pink feather boa during ‘Bejeweled’.

J.J. Watt of the Arizona Cardinals, Samara Weaving, and Cara Delevingne, who livestreamed the show, were also at opening night.

Celebrities in attendance for Las Vegas’ show

At the second stop on the Eras tour in Las Vegas, longtime friend and Mumford and Sons frontman, Marcus Mumford, joined Swift onstage to perform ‘Cowboy Like Me’ from ‘Evermore’.

“Last night in Vegas Marcus Mumford showed up and surprised the crowd with ‘Cowboy Like Me’ so like! Thank you to @marcusmumford and that glorious crowd. See you next weekend in Texas!” She said in the caption of a photo of the two on Instagram.

Actress Chloë Grace Moretz was also in attendance for the Las Vegas series of shows, along with Emma Watson, who went to the show with Este Haim.

Diplo, Shania Twain, Emma Roberts, and Ellen Pompeo were also all in attendance at Allegiant Stadium.

Arlington and Houston, Texas

Selena Gomez attended the April 1 ‘Eras’ Tour show in Arlington, Texas with her little sister Gracie, dressed as different Swift eras, with Selena as ‘Folklore’ and her sister as ‘Speak Now’.

“Thank you bestie for having me and my sissy transport into your mystical, euphoric and special world. Proud to know you! love you forever and always,” Gomez said in an Instagram post.

Jack Antonoff, and Ethan Hawke were also in attendance in Arlington. Director Joseph Kahn was spotted at Houston’s show.

Celebrities spotted in other cities

At the shows in Tampa, Florida, musician Aaron Dessner was recognized by keen fans, and Billy Joel shared pictures of his family and Swift backstage.

Nashville saw Swift’s now-confirmed boyfriend Matty Healy, along with actresses Mariska Hargitay, Reese Witherspoon, and Candice King.

In Philadelphia, Sabrina Carpenter, Blake Lively, Lena Dunham, Jennifer Lawrence, Keith Urban & Nicole Kidman were all in attendance.

And at the three nights at the MetLife stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello were seen together after reigniting their romance. Also spotted were Drew Barrymore, Bradley Cooper, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Maren Morris Aaron Rodgers, Miles, and Keleigh Teller.

Chicago, Chicago

Pretty Woman actress Julia Roberts had the time of her life on the third night of the Chicago leg of the tour, and enthused about the show later on Instagram.

Cold lampin’ in Detriot

Who would have had Flavor Flav down as a Swiftie? Chuck D’s sidekick in Public Enemy was in the crowd when the Eras Tour passed through Detroit’s Ford Field on 9 June and posed for a selfie with the star of the show afterwards. “I love me some Taylor Swift, man. Always did, you know what I’m saying. Word up. I always loved Taylor Swift’s music. I’m here to support her. I’m here to support my girl”. The rapper handed out a few friendship bracelets to fellow fans before the show.

Stranger Things actor David Harbour caught the show when it hit Minneapolis on 24 June while Millie Bobby Brown and fiancée Jake Bongiovi were guests in the VIP tent a week later in Cincinnati. Australian actress Toni Collette was also at Paycor Stadium - “a most incredible night” she enthused afterwards.
