Season three of award-winning sports documentary series “Welcome to Wrexham” will premiere on Thursday, May 2. The program follows the story of Hollywood actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney as they become the new owners of Wrexham Association Football Club (AFC), a football team based in Wrexham, Wales.

The series provides an inside look at the journey of Reynolds and McElhenney as they venture into the world of football club ownership, their interactions with the local community, and their efforts to revitalize the club, which is the third-oldest professional association football team in the world.

“Welcome to Wrexham” offers viewers a behind-the-scenes view of the challenges and triumphs of this ownership endeavor, including the players they acquire to strengthen the club.
