According to Section 856.011 of the Florida Statutes, disorderly intoxication occurs when a person, under the influence of alcohol or another substance, endangers the safety of others or property. The offense also applies to being intoxicated or consuming alcohol in public. As for the trespassing charge, it is believed that Levy entered or remained on private property without the owner’s consent.

According to entertainment journalist Javier Ceriani, the 44-year-old actor was intoxicated in a public place. When authorities checked him, they reportedly found substances on him. While no further details have been released, Ceriani claims that Levy may not be granted bail.
