Zendaya has a brand-new piece of gold jewelry.

Zendaya went out for a manicure wearing a new signet gold ring, which had the initials of Tom Holland, her boyfriend, engraved onto the flat surface.

The photos were posted to the Instagram account of Marina Dobic, Zendaya’s manicurist.

The long-time romance

The 26-year-old actress has been involved with Holland since 2017 when they met on the set of ‘Spiderman: Homecoming’. The pair sparked rumors of their romance after a source hinted the two were an item to People Magazine in an interview.

The couple’s romance was still a secret when they had their first public kiss — an onscreen kiss, that is — in ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ in 2019.

Though Zendaya and Holland’s sparks were real, they managed to keep their secret underwraps long after the premiere.

The ‘Euphoria’ star was spotted smooching her beau in July 2021, and the cat has been out of the bag ever since. The duo made it Instagram official in September 2021.

From private to public

Holland spoke about the relationship to GQ. The actor said that he was dismayed to find his personal life exposed in such a way.

“One of the downsides of our fame is that privacy isn’t really in our control anymore,” Holland lamented, “and a moment that you think is between two people that love each other very much is now a moment that is shared with the entire world.”

“I’ve always been really adamant to keep my private life private,” the ‘Cherry’ actor continued, “because I share so much of my life with the world anyway.”

“We sort of felt robbed of our privacy,” he added.

Zendaya later spoke to GQ as well, confirming that the experience was the same for her.

“[It was] quite strange and weird and confusing and invasive,” Zendaya said.
