The fourth and final night of the Democratic National Convention will take place this Thursday when Kamala Harris will accept her party’s nomination.
The Democratic National Convention being held this week in Chicago has been full of energy and enthusiasm as both up-and-coming and high-profile members of the party as well as everyday Americans and celebrities whip up support for Kamala Harris’ run for the White House.
The fourth and final night will culminate with President Joe Biden’s vice president accepting the party’s nomination as their 2024 presidential candidate to go against former President Donald Trump.

The main programming for Thursday night will get underway at 5:30 pm CDT. According to the DNC, the theme of the final night is ‘For Our Future’. The thousands of assembled people at the Union Center will be treated again to a number of speakers and performances.
Full details of the night’s lineup will be announced at the DNC morning press conference held at 9 am CDT. But so far, we know that civil rights leader Reverand Al Sharpton will be among the speakers.
The headline performer will be Pink according to CNN. She has long supported and lent her voice to causes that the Democratic party advocates for like LGBTQ and women rights. This, however, will be her first major politically-set performance.
The award-winning global pop icon will take the stage ahead of Vice President Harris giving her speech accepting the Democratic nomination to be the party’s standard-bearer in the November general elections.
Going by the schedules from previous nights, viewers can expect that Pink’s performance and Harris’ speech should take place sometime after 9 pm CDT and will be broadcast live on major television networks including ABC, CBS, CNN, C-SPAN, Fox, NBC, MSNBC, and PBS.
