In a TikTok interview with @lover.studiosss, a scrap dealer explained that his business really makes the saying “one man’s junk is another man’s treasure” ring true.
The scrape dealer shared that he pulls in 8 or 9 million a year, saying with a laugh that his scrap yard is overflowing with the raw materials that is making him rich. The best part of the “booming” business is that “that whole crisis thing, I don’t even know what a crisis is, man. It’s crazy,” he added.
“We’ve got scrap coming out of our ears”
The scrap dealer explained that he got into the business when his father passed away. “My dad died. Our family was in a deep depression, and in critical moments I always make the right choice,” he said. “My dad was on his deathbed, in really bad state… ‘What would my old man do? Open a scrap yard.’ So I opened the scrap yard.”

He explained that he has been in the scrap metal business since then. “I come from a really hard-working family, really driven,” he emphasized. “The scrap yard is at full blast. If I go all in, the scrap yard’s at full blast — I mean, we’ve got scrap coming out of our ears,” he said.
