Prime Day isn’t Amazon’s only deals event of the year, as the company has announced two days of deep discounts next week, specifically on October 8 and 9.
“During the 48-hour holiday shopping kick-off event, which will start October 8 at 12:01 a.m. PDT, Amazon will exclusively offer Prime members millions of deals worldwide from categories including electronics, home, toys, beauty, and apparel,” the company shared.
“Prime members will enjoy some of Amazon’s lowest prices of the year so far on select products from top brands like New Balance, Dyson, and Barbie and Amazon-exclusive products from Beats, Casper, and Conair,” Amazon also shared.

According to Amazon, there will be up to 55% off select Amazon devices, including the 50″ Amazon Fire TV 4-Series, plus 40% off select Dyson vacuums and home items, and up to 30% off Skechers, Dr. Martens, and Steve Madden.
There will also be up to 30% off select cosmetics from Too Faced, Covergirl, and Lancôme, up to 25% off select hair tools from Dyson, and 40% off select toys from Play-Doh, Melissa & Doug, Disney, Nerf, Fisher-Price, Mattel, and American Girl. Is it necessary to have an Amazon Prime account for Prime Big Deal Days 2024?
‘Prime’ refers to Amazon’s subscription service, which offers fast and free delivery on millions of items, exclusive benefits and savings for eligible members. Deals are only available to Prime members, though items will be available at their regular price for those without a membership.
If you're not already an Amazon Prime member, you can't participate. However, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial to take advantage of the discounts.
