Chase opened over 100 branches across the US in 2023: here is the full list

Chase, along with other major banks in the US, has closed hundreds of branches across the country this year. These closures usually happen when the branches are not being frequented enough. To increase profitability, the bank hopes to attract more traffic to these new locations.

The data comes from the Office of the Comptroller of Currency, with banks required to submit the establishment of any locations to the agency before they are opened. A total of 149 branches have opened so far this year, with Massachusetts seeing the greatest number of new locations, followed by Virginia (13 branches), Pennsylvania (11 branches), New York, and Maryland (10 branches).

Where have new Chase branches been opened?

Four branches, two of which are located in Birmingham, have opened in Alabama:

One location was opened in Tucson, Arizona, at 947 N. Park Ave, Ste 151.

In Arkansas, four locations have opened this year:

Three locations were opened in California:

Two locations were opened in Colorado:

In Connecticut, five branches were opened this year:

Two locations were opened in the District of Colombia. The first can be found at 1145 Dahlia Street NW, and the second at 2397 6th Street NW.

One branch was opened in Bradenton, Florida at 5312 Cortez Road West.

In Georgia, a total of four branches were opened:

Five locations were opened in Illinois:

Three locations, including two in Indianapolis, Indiana, opened this year:

One branch was opened in Council Bluff, Iowa, at 1732 Madison Avenue.

Four branches were opened in Kansas:

One location was opened in Shreveport, Louisiana, at 6555 Youree Drive.

Maine also saw the opening of a single branch found at US Route 1 in Yarmouth.
