The Lone Star State continues to suffer the ravages of a cold front. Just a few days away from registering temperatures above three figures, North Texas is immersed in a series of storms that range from strong to severe, with high probability of hail.
“A cluster of thunderstorms will likely move into parts of North Texas later this morning and affect areas west of I-35. Additional storms may develop during the afternoon. Low chances of storms will continue on Wednesday primarily in central Texas”, reported the National Weather Service (NWS) of Fort Worth via social networks.

The northern region of the state will be the area most affected by rain.
According to the real-time weather report, areas such as Mineral Wells and Haskell woke up with storms intense. While in Morgan, Corsicana, Dallas, Sherman, Brownwood, Abilene and Wichita Falls residents also face rain, although with less intensity.

According to weather forecasts, the minimum temperature in the areas affected by rain will be around 65° F, while in the rest of the state temperatures above 80° F are expected.

According to the NWS, storms and low temperatures will last until next Saturday, 15 June. Subsequently, the heat is expected to return with temperatures that could once again exceed three figures.
