Costco announces new stores in 2024: Where will they be located?
Costco is preparing to open new stores in the US in 2024. Find out where the new branches will be located and when the opening dates will be.
Costco, one of the largest retailers in the US, is preparing to open new locations in the country in 2024. The new branches will be in Florida, California, Tennessee and Texas.
According to the company’s website, a branch in Loomis, California will open in May. Four more stores will open in the month of June in different states: North Port, Florida; Mt. Juliet, Tennessee; Riverbank, California; and Richmond, Texas.

What is the price of Costco memberships in 2024?
In order to enjoy all the benefits of Costco, customers must purchase a membership. You can only enter the store and make purchases if you are a member. With the membership card, you will also be able to use other services such as their gas station, tire center, food court, optician and pharmacy.
Currently, Costco has three types of memberships. The Gold Star Membership has an annual fee of $60, plus applicable sales tax. Business Membership also costs $60 per year plus tax, but it is exclusive for business owners who wish to purchase products for commercial, personal and resale use.
Finally, it offers the Executive Membership, which costs $120 per year, plus applicable sales tax. This tier offers bigger savings, as well as a 2% annual reward on qualifying purchases. To get it, you must first have a Gold Star Membership and then upgrade your account.

These prices have been maintained for several years. Although there have been reports of an increase in membership fees, the company has not officially announced any price hike.
