It seems X, the social media site owned by Elon Musk, is immediately attempting to shake of the malaise that was the company’s 2023. Their first move is announcing a string of new shows on the platform headed up by Don Lemon, Jim Rome and Tulsi Gabbard.

Two shows as of yet have no release dates. All three of the new hosts lauded X for its supposed commitment to free speech despite evidence to the contrary of its suppression of accounts in support of Palestine.

Forbes reported that the company formerly known as Twitter has valued itself at just $19 billion, less than half the pre-acquisition value.

Who is Don Lemon?

The former television news anchor was a regular on CNN until last year when he was sacked from his morning show. The new X show will be three 30-minute episodes per week.

In a statement after the X announcement, Lemon said he is “back bigger, bolder, and freer” at “the biggest space for free speech in the world.”

Who is Tulsi Gabbard?

She served as the Representative for Hawaii’s 2nd congressional district from 2013 to 2021. The last time she was relevant was when she ran for the Democratic nomination during the 2020 presidential election.

She has since become a supporter of the Republican party and runs a pretty good right-wing grift that has won her a place on Fox broadcasting and now this show on X.

Gabbard will be amkign short films about people “whose voices are silenced.”

Who is Jim Rome?

Jim Rome is an American sports radio talk show host and sports television personality. He gained prominence for his syndicated radio show, “The Jim Rome Show,” which has been on the air since 1996.

He will stream a new show five days a week after the Superboel.
