The Seattle based coffee giant has revealed how their new menus for the season ahead its Pumpkin Spice Latte being the star attraction.


Pumpkin Spice Latte is back at Starbucks! The Seattle based coffee giant announced the new menus for Fall 2025 with the Spice Latte being the highly awaited and popular beverage which is made from espresso, milk, Pumpkin Spice Syrup and whipped cream, with pumpkin pie spice sprinkled on top with Starbucks adding real pumpkin to the drink in 2015.

August 26 is the date when the Summer menu gives way to Fall with a new selection of food and drink set to be made available at nationwide branches of Starbucks.
Returning Drinks: Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) is back, made with real pumpkin, espresso, steamed milk, and a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices.
Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew: Starbucks Cold Brew is sweetened with vanilla syrup and topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice.
Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte: A creamy fall beverage that combines spiced chai notes with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice.
Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte: A latte featuring Starbucks Blonde Espresso, oat milk, and notes of pecan, brown butter, and holiday baking spices.
New Drinks:
Pecan Oat Milk Cortado: This new drink features three shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso with notes of pecan, rich brown butter, and holiday baking spices, all mixed with steamed oat milk and topped with a pecan crunch topping.
Pecan Cold Foam: You can add this new cold foam to any iced beverage for a nutty and spiced flavor.
Food Items:
Italian Sausage Egg Bites: A new savory item made with crumbled Italian sausage, sun-dried tomato pesto, basil, and Monterey Jack cheese, cooked sous-vide for a velvety texture.
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin: A fan-favorite returning muffin.
Raccoon Cake Pop: A returning vanilla cake pop with chocolate icing.
Baked Apple Croissant: Another returning favorite.
Starbucks Reserve Menu (at select locations in Chicago, New York City, and Seattle):
New Tiramisu Latte: A new latte featuring Starbucks Reserve Espresso, dark chocolate, and steamed milk, topped with tiramisu cold foam and dark chocolate mocha powder.
New Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Manhattan: A new cocktail featuring Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew, bourbon, vermouth, and bitters, finished with pumpkin-pie spice cold foam.
