Green light for the $900 million luxury residential skyscraper: 122 floors, 1,745 feet and a tropical rainforest
The Tiger Sky Tower will open in 2029 and will feature the world's highest infinity pool, located 431 meters high.
Dubai, already home to the world’s tallest building, is gearing up for another architectural marvel. Just down the road from the iconic Burj Khalifa, the city’s skyline is about to welcome the Tiger Sky Tower — a $1 billion residential skyscraper that promises to transform luxury living.
When completed in 2029, the 1,745-foot (532-meter) tower will become the tallest residential building in the world, setting new records for design, engineering, and opulence.
A $1 Billion dream in the heart of Business Bay
Located in Dubai’s Business Bay district, the Tiger Sky Tower will rise 122 stories and house 849 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, along with 18 penthouses and an extravagant Royal Sky Penthouse perched 1,397 feet (426 meters) above the city.
Developer Tiger Properties describes the project as “an incredible 122-story masterpiece packed with world-class amenities and timeless style — a place you can truly call home.”
Record-breaking amenities above the clouds
Beyond its staggering height, the Tiger Sky Tower will feature three attractions designed to break world records:
- The world’s highest infinity pool, soaring 1,414 feet (431 meters) above ground.
- The highest restaurant on the planet, located just above it.
- And, perhaps most astonishing, the world’s highest tropical rainforest, sitting 1,466 feet (447 meters) up in the sky.
This lush indoor oasis will include a small roller coaster, secluded viewing areas, and a carefully curated ecosystem of exotic trees, birds, and flowing water features — all designed to recreate the feel of a living jungle high above the desert.
Luxury that redefines everyday life
Residents won’t just be buying a home — they’ll be buying a lifestyle. The tower will feature jacuzzis, outdoor pools, a rooftop terrace, BBQ areas, basketball and tennis courts, a jogging track, a children’s play area, a full spa, and a state-of-the-art gym.
“At Tiger Properties, we’re dedicated to providing exquisite living environments that go above and beyond for our clients,” said the company in a statement. “Tiger Sky Tower is proof of our dedication to perfection, and we are sure that it will raise the bar for luxury living in the UAE.”
Prices fit for the sky
According to real estate agency Dubai Immo, prices will start at around $600,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and reach up to $13.7 million for the penthouses.
Construction is already underway, with completion scheduled for the second half of 2029.
