Here's how you can get "Wicked" drinkware, merchandise and themed drinks at Starbucks

Coming soon to a Starbucks near you, you’ll be able to try two new drinks inspired by the movie ‘Wicked’ and get merch to match ahead of its release.

Take a trip to Oz with Starbucks

Starbucks is teaming up with Universal Pictures to celebrate the upcoming release of ‘Wicked’ with two new handcrafted beverages inspired by the movie’s two main characters, Elphaba and Glinda. Additionally, fans will be able to get their hands on ‘Wicked’ Starbucks merch “inspired by the land of Oz, including the Emerald City, and its beloved characters” including “an assortment of cold cups, tumblers, keychains and more,” said the coffee house chain.

“The wickedly giftable collection showcases shades of vibrant pink, bold green and glistening gold, and is available for a limited time, while supplies last,” said Starbucks in a press release. The merchandise and drinks will be available in the US, Canada and select international markets ahead of the November 22 release of ‘Wicked’ Part One.

New ‘Wicked’ themed drinks at Starbucks

The two new handcrafted beverages inspired by Elphaba and Glinda will be flying into Starbucks stores starting October 22 and will only be available for a limited time.

The “thrillifying” new creation ‘Elphaba’s Cold Brew’ features Starbucks Cold Brew, “a custom blend of beans grown to steep long and cold, handcrafted in small batches daily, for a super-smooth flavor,” says the coffee house chain. The beverage “inspired by Elphaba’s bold energy and stunning green skin” is sweetened with peppermint-flavored syrup and topped with silky-smooth nondairy matcha cold foam with Oz-dusting of magic in the form of colorful green candy sprinkles.

The “fantabulous” new creation ‘Glinda’s Pink Potion’ features a Mango Dragonfruit Starbucks Refreshers beverage which is hand-shaken with creamy coconut milk, ice and a scoop of real, freeze-dried dragonfruit. The beverage is topped with silky-smooth nondairy strawberry cold foam, and “finished with an Oz-dusting of magic” which is colorful candy sprinkles.

At the same time customers can begin enjoying the new beverages inspired by the iconic duo from Oz, they can also pick up “an Emerald City Card perfect for any Ozian” at Starbucks stores.

A little over two weeks later on November 7, another Starbucks card that doubles as a keychain will be available nationwide. The golden card comes in a Grimmerie-inspired casing and requires a minimum load of $50.

Also on November 7, ‘Wicked’ inspired merch including an assortment of cold cups, tumblers, keychains and mugs will be available at certain locations the Seattle-based coffee purveyor said in a press release.

Three ‘Wicked’ collections inspired by Elphaba, Glinda and the Emerald City will be available Starbucks stores in the US, Canada and select international markets. Cold cups start at $27.95 and ones which feature a specialty straw inspired by the theme of the collection go for $34.95. The latter also can be purchased as a keychain for $17.95. Tumblers can be picked up for $32.95.

A fourth collection combines “the essence of both Glinda and Elphaba as an ode to their beautiful and unlikely friendship” which can only be purchase at Starbucks stores inside Target locations. The Pink & Green Swirl cold cup and keychain will set you back $32.95 and $17.95 respectively. The Checkered cold cup costs $27.95 and Wicked tumbler $29.95.

In order to get your hands on 14 oz ceramic mugs or the set of three 2 oz demi mugs inspired by Oz locations Munchkinland, Emerald City and Shiz University, you will have to visit a Universal Theme Park in the US as they are sold exclusively there.
