To mark National Bacon Day, the Ohio-based fast-food chain is offering a sizzling deal on its Junior Bacon Cheeseburger.

To celebrate National Bacon Day in the U.S., fast-food chain Wendy’s will be selling its Junior Bacon Cheeseburger for just one cent each on Tuesday, Dec. 30.
“At Wendy’s, bacon isn’t just a topping, it’s a lifestyle,” said the Ohio-based chain, which has nearly 6,000 restaurants across the U.S., in a statement issued to media outlets.
What’s in a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger?
Described by Wendy’s as “a favorite of bacon lovers everywhere”, the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger features a sandwich bun filled with: a beef patty, Applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
How to get a one-cent Junior Bacon Cheeseburger
To redeem the one-cent offer at participating Wendy’s restaurants, customers must purchase their Junior Bacon Cheeseburger on Tuesday using the chain’s app. You can download it for iOS here and for Android here.
You will need to be a registered user of the app; if you don’t have a Wendy’s account, you will have to sign up. As is noted by food writer Carissa Chesanek, you will find the one-cent offer in the app’s ‘Reward Store’ section.
