How to win “a year’s worth of Fridays”: Details for the TGI Fridays sweepstakes
TGI Friday’s new marketing gimmick includes some interesting terms in the small print but nonetheless is a good chance for a lucky win.
TGI Fridays is celebrating the longest day of the year by giving away free food for 365 days to 21 lucky winners. Instead of really being free food, it is in fact $1,000 gift cards to be redeemed at the restuarant.
To enter, post a photo on Instagram at TGI Fridays, use #TheLongestTGI Fridays and #SweepstakesEntry, and tag and follow @TGIFridays.
What are the terms of the event?
The sweepstakes is only open to legal US residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of TGI Fridays and affiliated companies. There are 21 prizes available, each a $1,000 TGI Fridays e-gift card that can only be redeemed at participating US locations, not for cash.

The sweepstakes period ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 21 June, 2024, which is the longest day/Friday of the year.
You have to include both hastags to enter, or omitting the required hashtags will void your entry. Posting the same content more than once will only count as one entry, though you can enter up to five entries a day. No purchase is necessary, and doesn’t even need to be of TGI Fridays.
