Mixue Bingchen but known also as Mixue Ice Cream & Tea outside China is multinational fast-food restaurant chain specializing in ice cream & tea-based drinks.
It was Founded in 1997 by Zhang Hongchao in Zhengzhou and has has expanded rapidly, with over 45,000 outlets scattered across mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia, Japan, South Korea and Australia.
Mixue is now the world’s largest fast-food chain by store locations, eclipsing the likes of Starbucks and McDonald’s although business experts claim that despite the volume of outlets, Mixue’s sales still trails Starbucks, Inspire Brands, owner of Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins, and Canada’s Tim Hortons.
The company is famous for low prices with its bubble tea being a specific specialty.
