Do you live in Iowa? Did you purchase a Powerball lottery ticket in October or November? Well, you could be in luck.

According to the Iowa unclaimed lottery ticket website, two unclaimed tickets worth $2 million are still up for grabs. It is imperative to verify whether or not you have a winning ticket because if the prize is not claimed in a matter of months, the prize expires.

Where were the unclaimed tickets sold?

The first unclaimed ticket was sold at Casey’s, located at 403 Stephans Street in Tiffin, Iowa, for the lottery drawing on 7 October 2023. The winner of this ticket has until April 4, 2024, to claim the prize. The winning numbers were 47, 54, 57, 60, and 65, with a Powerball of 19 and a PowerPlay of X3.

The second ticket was sold for the Powerball drawing on 25 November 2024 at Clinton Liquor in Clifton at 1641 S Bluff Boulevard. This ticket will expire on May 5, 2024. The winning numbers were 27, 33, 63, 66, and 68, with a Powerball of 9 and a PowerPlay of X2.

Dozens of unclaimed tickets are still available on the website, so if you’ve bought a ticket and haven’t checked if it’s a winner yet, make sure to review the list.

While these winning tickets belong to players in Iowa, most states have a database that allows players to review unclaimed ticket information.
