Powerball: Search for $2 million winner in Texas, these are the winning numbers
Lottery officials in Texas are looking for a $2 million Powerball winner. The ticket, which was purchased in Austin will expire if not claimed.
Powerball stands out for being one of the most recognized lotteries in the United States thanks to its large accumulated jackpot prize pools. Although the jackpot rarely reaches a billion dollars, millionaire winners tend to be more common. Such is the case of a ticket worth $2 million dollars that has not been claimed.
According to the Texas Lottery, a ticket was sold at the C Mart, located at 7007 Village Center Drive, in Austin, on April 10. It was a Quick Pick ticket with Power Play that resulted in a $2 million winning ticket. However, the lucky winner has not come forward to claim his prize.
“We hope to celebrate the Texas Lottery player who became a $2 million prize winner in the April 10, 2024 Powerball drawing,” Ryan Mindell, CEO of the Texas Lottery, said in a news release. “We encourage our Powerball players to take another look at their tickets, and if your numbers match, sign the back of the ticket before claiming your prize at a Texas Lottery claim center.”

These are the numbers drawn on the winning ticket
According to lottery records, the winning numbers for the Powerball drawing on Wednesday, April 10 were: 6, 7, 12, 24 and 36 on the white balls, plus the number 15 on the red ball, also known as the Powerball.
The ticket sold in Austin matched all five white ball numbers, but not the Powerball number, so the prize to be claimed is two million dollars.
