The McDonald’s McRib is returning: But the specialty sandwich is back for a limited time only

Big Macs are great, cheeseburgers are wonderful and chicken McNuggets are the best, but the McRib sandwich, now that’s heaven! My mouth is watering just writing this. The onions, the pickles, the boneless pork and the sauce. Everyone loves that sauce.

Christmas is coming early this year and the sandwich is just part of the fun. The ‘Whole Lotta McRib Sauce’ promotion will begin on Nov. 25 at 10 a.m. ET and entails a half-gallon jug of sauce that can be bought online for $19.99. The countdown is on and you can see how much time is left on the promotion’s website.

Well, a little later than usual. Last year it was made available on Nov. 15 and the promotion lasted only 25 days. This year you’ll be able to get your McRib sandwich beginning on Dec. 3. The end date hasn’t been announced yet so fans will have to take advantage of the offer while they can. This is the sixth consecutive year that McDonald’s has brought back the sandwich.

So, mark Dec. 3 on your calendar. The first Tuesday of the month is going to be a happy, happy day for McRib diehards.
