The stunning Cuban-born actress has seen her Hollywood career rocket in recent years, from a James Bond accomplice to recreating Marilyn.

Born in Havana on 30 April 1988, Ana's family had a tough time under Cuba's communist rule, living a life of very modest means.

She landed her first role in 2006, 'Una Rosa de Francia' before fleeing to Spain to avoid national service. She was a hit in TV show 'El Internado'.

Spanish film roles poured in, as Ana became a household name in the country. In 2014, she switched Madrid for Los Angeles.

After improving her English, the first Hollywood break came a year later alongside Keanu Reeves in 'Knock Knock'. And so it began...

Harrison Ford and Ryan Gosling were next to her in the 2017 remake 'Blade Runner 2049'. 'Knives Out' in 2019 brought her more critical acclaim.

Working with Daniel Craig (not for the first time) in James Bond 'No Time to Die', Ana burst into global consciousness as CIA agent Paloma.

Interestingly, Ana was quick to highlight her preference as a highly skilled 'Bond woman' not a 'Bond girl' citing the changing times

Marilyn Monroe is her latest role in the Netflix biopic 'Blonde'. She faced some criticism to her attempt to get 'permission' for this at the star's grave.

"I know what's going to go viral," Ana said about the nude scenes in 'Blonde'. "And it’s disgusting. It’s upsetting just to think about it."

Tinder executive Paul Boukadakis is Ana's latest beau, although she had been married (Marc Clotet) and engaged to (Franklin Latt) before.

Many headlines were also written during her relationship with Hollywood A-lister Ben Affleck, who she shared the screen with.
