Wendy’s releases ‘Krabby Patty Meal’ inspired by SpongeBob: how to get it and what does it include
Wendy’s is celebrating the 25th anniversary of ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’ through the ‘Krabby Patty Kollab’, featuring items inspired by the animated series.
Fans of SpongeBob will be able to taste the fry cook’s famous Krusty Krab creation on dry land.
Wendy’s has partnered with Paramount in honor of the 25th anniversary of “SpongeBob SquarePants” to be able to transport diners to Bikini Bottom by offering special food creations. The animated series premiered in Nickelodeon in 1999, and has become a massive pop culture phenomenon with widespread appeal to both children and adults.
The collaboration of Wendy’s with the parent company of Nickelodeon will bring menu items inspired by the cartoon “into the real world and onto menus for the first time ever.
Through the “Krabby Patty Kollab”, Wendy’s will be offering SpongeBob-inspired meals that will be available at the hamburger chain’s restaurants for a limited time.

The “Krabby Patty Kollab” highlights two special menu items that have been created especially for the occasion.
Since SpongeBob Squarepants is famous for his Krabby Patty at the Krusty Krab, this is the star of this “kollaboration”.
The “Krabby Patty Kollab Burger” features a beef patty, two slices of cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, flavored with a top-secret Krabby Kollab sauce.

The Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty is a special take on Wendy’s iconic Vanilla Frosty, which will feature a pineapple-mango flavored purée swirl, a nod to SpongeBob’s pineapple house.
The special anniversary Kollab menu items will be available beginning on Tuesday, Oct. 8 in the United States, Canada, and Guam.
However, Los Angeles diners were able to get a head start and a first taste of the SpongeBob meal a bit earlier through what the fast-food chain calls an “immersive Wendy’s drive-thru experience” in Panorama City.
