McDonald’s has launched CosMc’s, a new beverage-led chain set to challenge Starbucks. What are the items on the restaurant’s menu?

McDonald’s has launched a new concept of small-format stores, which will offer a new line of drinks and food. This new franchise is inspired by CosMc, a little-known McDonaldland character that emerged in the late 1980s.

According to the company, CosMc’s is “inspired by nostalgia” that will feature a menu of “bold and refreshing” drinks, as well as other treats and some McDonald’s favorites.

As a new chain, McDonald’s has started with a first pilot location located in Bolingbrook, Illinois, but plans to open approximately 10 more pilot locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio metropolitan areas. Get to know the new drinks and food menu.

Drink options are based on “bold, unexpected flavor combinations and vibrant colors.” Additionally, customers will be able to customize their drinks with boba, syrups, vitamins and more. The new drinks range from lemonades and specialty teas to cold brew coffee. This is the menu:

Prices have not been shared by the company, except for items that are also found in traditional McDonald’s branches. Some prices that have been shared on social media include the following items:

- Spicy lemonade and blackberry tea drinks- $4.89 plus sales tax

- Churro Frappé- $5.79 plus sales tax.

In the case of drinks, prices vary depending on the size, small, medium or large, as well as the extra ingredients chosen, but they start at around $3.

Regarding the shopping experience, CosMc’s will have a digital and drive thru experience. For now, customers are not allowed to dine-in. The branches will have dynamic menu boards and cashless payment devices to quickly complete the ordering process. Drive thru pickup windows are then assigned.

At this time, it is not possible to order items for delivery from CosMc’s online.
