What is Croctober? CROCS is giving away free shoes: How can you get a pair?
Crocs have declared October 23 as Croc day and the month of October has a number of deals including free Crocs to win.
Crocs seem to be on a bit of a fashion comeback. It is certainly true that the rubbery shoes have become a more common sight in big cities across Europe in the last couple of years, breaking away from their once slightly dorky appeal.
To ride the wave of popularity the company has produced a number of collaborations with other companies, including one with fast food company KFC.

2022 is the 20th anniversary of the first release of Crocs. To celebrate, the company is hosting a giveaway until Friday, October 7. Thousands of pairs are being givenaway and an exclusive design will be released on October 20 for the Crocs Club members before the general public.
“Croctober is one of our most favorite times of the year – a time to recognize our fans, many of whom have supported us unconditionally since the beginning and who live at the heart of our brand,” said Heidi Cooley, Crocs’ chief marketing officer, in a statement.
The company reported record annual revenue of $2.3 billion in 2021, up 67 percent over 2020. They submitted more than one million pairs of the shoes to healthcare workers throughout the pandemic.
How to participate in the giveaway
Entrees will need to sign up on the Crocs app using a Crocs Fans account. An account will also need to be created with EQL as well as payment details, despite no payment being needed.
