When does Chick-fil-A breakfast end?
While some restaurant chains serve breakfast items all day long, that isn’t the case with Chick-fil-A. Here’s the cutoff time to enjoy breakfast.
Whether you are craving a Hash Brown Scramble Burrito or need a Chicken Biscuit fix, you will have to get to Chick-fil-A before 10:30 am. While some restaurant chains serve breakfast items all day long, that isn’t the case with the beloved Atlanta-based fast food chicken sandwich chain.
Likewise, you won’t be able to get breakfast at Chick-fil-A on Sundays. The chain has famously kept its doors closed on that day since its founder Truett Cathy opened his first restaurant in 1946 in Hapeville, Georgia. The custom was carried over to Chick-fil-A which he founded with his wife and three children in 1967.
The decision was taken by Cathy “so that he and his employees could set aside one day to rest, enjoy time with their families and loved ones or worship if they choose.”
When does Chick-fil-A breakfast end?
The majority of Chick-fil-A restaurants are open Monday to Saturday between 6 am and 10 pm. Breakfast is served from the time the restaurant opens until 10:30 am. After that hour, customers can enjoy lunch and dinner items until closing, but sadly no more breakfast. However, some opening and closing hours may vary by location, so you should check with the one near you.
The number of items that are available to customers for breakfast has grown over the years. The last update to its morning menu came in 2022 in the form of Chorizo Cheddar Egg Bites. That item is not listed on the national breakfast menu webpage as it is being tested out in select markets. Before that, Chick-fil-A added the Hash Brown Scramble Bowl to its breakfast entrées nationwide in 2017 and gave the Breakfast Burrito a makeover, now known as the Hash Brown Scramble Burrito.
Other items on the breakfast menu include Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis; Egg White Grill; Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit; Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit; Bacon, Egg & Cheese Muffin; Sausage, Egg & Cheese Muffin; English Muffin; Hash Browns; Greek Yogurt Parfait; and Fruit Cup.
And of course customers can still get the much-loved original breakfast menu items the Buttered Biscuit as well as the Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit. However, in 2021, the chain dropped decaf coffee and bagels from the morning selection.
