When does McDonald’s stop serving breakfast? Time and what products are exclusive for the morning
Ever stopped at McDonald’s for a McMuffin and found that they are no longer serving breakfast? Here is how to avoid that situation.
For lovers of the McGriddle, the fact that it’s only available in the mornings can make for a disappointing moment at the ordering window when you find out that you have arrived too late to place your order. To prevent this, one should figure out exactly when their local franchise stops serving breakfast, as the time varies by location. In 2023, the company put out a short blurb stating that in most locations, you can “get your favorite breakfast item from the time your local restaurant opens until 10:30 or 11:00 AM local time.”
What is on the breakfast menu?
For those looking to branch out a bit and try something new, here is a short look at the other options you have been eating breakfast at the fast food giant.
Fans of the McGriddle might be interested in trying another breakfast sandwich, and there are plenty to choose from.
Two options are the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit or the Egg or Sausage McMuffin®. The difference between those two menu items is that the biscuit is served on a biscuit, unsurprisingly, while the McMuffin features an English muffin as the bread.
The McGriddle lineup is served on hotcakes:
Moving out of the sandwich territory, we arrive at a menu item called “Big Breakfast®,” which includes a biscuit, scrambled eggs, a sausage patty, and a hash brown. That same meal can be ordered with hotcakes, too, or some hotcakes can be ordered on their own or with a side of sausage.
