When does Starbucks start serving Pumpking Spice Latte in 2024?
It isn’t even fall and still the people are wondering: when will Starbucks release the PSL this year?
As the summer months bring an oppressive heat to much of the United States, some are hoping fall will come soon to provide some relief. And for many, there is nothing more ubiquitous with fall than Starbucks’s Pumpkin Spice Latte.
Last year, many of Starbucks’ rivals released their pumpkin-spiced treats far earlier than the coffee giant. Based on the announcement timeline last year, lovers of the fall menu at Dunkin Donuts are likely to learn when they will be able to purchase their favorite treats. However, the company announced on August 7 that it would be releasing a boozy pumpkin spice latte that will be sold in grocery stores in twenty-seven states.
At 7-Eleven, customers can already indulge in the fall menu, which, in addition to the PSL, includes Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and a Pumpkin Spice Coffee, which was described as a “pumpkin spice coffee blend that incorporates the comforting spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to create a harmony of fall flavors.”
We have yet to hear from the Big 3
Krispy Kreme and Dunkin have yet to announce when they will begin selling their fall menu and if any new drinks or treats will be added. If last year is any indication, the announcement could come as soon as next week.
As far as when Starbucks plans to release its menu, the company has not made any announcements. However, it did release a press release on August 5 stating that all its fall coffee lines sold in grocery stores across the country were available for purchase. This includes Starbucks® Iced Espresso Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Starbucks® Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino Chilled Coffee Drink, which should hold some PSL lovers over until the real thing is available in their go-to Starbucks location.
