When is Tim Walz speaking at the DNC? How and where to watch his speech on Wednesday night
Minnesota Governor and the Democratic nominee for Vice President Tim Walz will address the DNC tonight. Here is how to stream his speech tonight.
Based on the events of the US election this summer, some could have expected the Democratic National Convention to be a disaster. Instead, the party appears more unified than it has in over a decade, with speaker after speaker making the case for Vice President Kamala Harris. After hearing from former President and First Lady Barack and Michelle Obama on Night 2, those tunning in for Night 3 will hear from Vice Presidential candidate and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. In addition to the Number 2 on the ticket, Night 3 of the convention will feature several other speakers, including former President Bill Clinton, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jefferies, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, and more.
When the speeches begin at 5:30 PM CT, Governor Walz will take the stage last. The DNC expects tonight’s event to end around 10:00 pm.
Where to watch the speeches?
Governor Walz and Vice President Harris have been traveling around the country making their case to the voters, and according to the polls, the message is being heard and received positively. Whereas just a few short weeks ago, President Biden was trailing former president Donald Trump, now, the Harris-Walz ticket is tying up the score.
The speeches can be streamed on CSPAN’s website or their YouTube channel.
Additionally, the DNC’s YouTube channel will also be streaming the event.
Tomorrow is the convention’s last night, and viewers will hear directly from the candidate herself, Kamala Harris.
