Why is your Cash App pending? Reasons, solutions and how to contact with the customer support
The payment app allows people to send money to other mobile devices as well as the possibility to file your taxes.


Cash App provides an assortment of services including direct depositing your paycheck, tax return and unemployment benefits alongside its usual role to send money. In the final quarter of 2021 the app had 40 million users, almost exclusively in the US.

Payments on the app are usually instant. However, if a payment is shown to be pending then action may need to be taken to resolve the issue.

If you are using the app you can contact support by:
- Tap the profile icon in Cash App
- Select Support
- Select Start a Chat and send a message

Cash App representatives will never ask you for your password, PIN, social security number, full card number, or sign-in code.
