A LEGO Formula 1 Grand Prix has been recreated, and the outcome resembles a professional film.
A creative individual has used LEGO’s newly licensed Formula 1 cars to stage a stunning Grand Prix through images.

The creativity of LEGO fans knows no bounds. Using models inspired by official licenses, the world of LEGO bricks can faithfully imitate real life. A fan from Hungary took the new licensed F1 cars and set them in front of the camera. After nearly 70 hours of painstaking session-by-session work, this is the breathtaking result.
How a LEGO Formula 1 Grand Prix Was Built
The meticulous attention to detail in each photograph is incredible. To recreate rain spray, the creator used real water vapor. He injected it into syringes and placed it around the models before snapping the picture, making it appear as though water is spraying off the tires. As explained by the creator, u/FigsFanPhotos, on Reddit:
“In the photos, the motion blur, water vapor, smoke, water, environment, including the grandstands, are all real. I created motion blur with a rolling platform. So I built the whole scenery on a moveable surface, so I fixed the cars' position and moved everything else. So, it’s basically a reverse motion, but it works. :) Generally, the only thing that was added to the images later is the cloud texture of the sky (and in one case, the car’s rear lights), but everything else is miniature reality!”
To capture the images, the creator used three different camera lenses and built ten official car models, one for each team. The end result is astounding. Can you imagine a Formula 1 movie entirely made with LEGO?
