Update:

Qatar Museums (QM), the country’s leading cultural entity, has announced an ambitious season of exhibitions and events for fall 2025 in commemoration of its 20th anniversary. This celebration officially kicks off on October 23, 2025, as part of the “Evolution Nation” campaign, an 18-month cultural movement honoring five decades of history since the founding of the country’s first museum.

Leadership and cultural vision

Under the leadership of Her Excellency Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Qatar has established itself as a global cultural hub. Her Excellency has emphasized that culture is a source of “pride and unity” for the nation, promoting openness and international dialogue.
