After winning over critics and Marvel fans in theaters, Thunderbolts* confirms its release date on Disney+

The wait is almost over. Some people didn’t want to trust Marvel and didn’t go to the cinema to see Thunderbolts*, the new MCU film in which a group of secondary characters took center stage. To their surprise, both critics and most fans agreed that it was a fun breath of fresh air for the Avengers.

Seeing this, all those people who looked the other way are now eager for the movie to arrive on Disney+ so they can give it a chance. And luckily for them, a date has already been confirmed. This afternoon, it was announced that ‘Thunderbolts*’ will arrive on the streaming platform on August 27.

A critical success that surprised many MCU fans

As we mentioned earlier, Thunderbolts* is a film that caught many people off guard and, to date, has received excellent ratings on aggregator websites. For example, on Rotten Tomatoes, it has an 88% rating from critics, while the audience rating is 93%. If we add this success to that of Fantastic Four: First Steps, we can almost confirm that we are witnessing a rebirth of the MCU, which seemed to have stalled after productions such as The Marvels and Shang-Chi.
