Alien Romulus secuela confirmada primeros detalles

The success of ‘Alien Romulus’ is encouraging for the franchise. After some controversial installments, the return to the origins of horror (influenced by the best game in the series) has captivated both audiences and critics. The production company has found a vein of gold to exploit over the years, which has led them to work on a sequel of which we know the current status. If you haven’t seen the first part, we suggest you stop reading here.

First details about ‘Alien Romulus 2′: Fede Alvarez already has an idea

In case there was any doubt, Rain (Cailee Spaeny) and Andy (David Jonsson) survived their brief but intense stay on Romulus Station. The final battle with The Offspring, played by an oversized basketball player, nearly stopped their happy ending, if you can call it happy after such a violent ordeal.

Steve Asbell, president of 20th Century Fox’s film division, has revealed (via The Hollywood Reporter) where this sequel stands: “We’re working on a sequel idea now. We haven’t quite closed our deal with Fede [Alvarez], but we are going to, and he has an idea that we’re working on. The two survivors, Rain and Andy, played by Cailee Spaeny and David Jonsson, were real highlights of the film. And so I always think of it like, “Wow, where do people want to see them go next?” We know there’s going to be aliens. We know there’s going to be great horror set pieces. But I fell in love with both of them and I want to see what their story is”

Alien Romulus’ is already available on digital format. It will be available in 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and physical DVD on December 3.
