New Fortnite Cosmetic Item: Kicks

With the arrival of Fortnite Remix: Chapter 2 and patch 32.00, a new type of customizable cosmetic item has been added: the Kicks. Included in the new Remix Battle Pass are a few pieces of footwear that we can add to our outfits, and Epic Games’ plan is for more than 95% of characters to be compatible with the kicks by the spring of 2025.

The initial repertoire of footwear available will include real brands such as Nike and Jordan, as well as exclusive footwear designed for the video game. This is an original way to continue adding a unique touch to our outfits.

New features in the locker with Fortnite Remix: Chapter 2

With the arrival of Fortnite Remix: Chapter 2 and patch 32.00, the game’s locker has also been revamped. Following the change, we will now be able to create custom lots and gear for any Fortnite experience in a similar manner to the current version, resulting in easier navigation. Additionally, the maximum size of locker slots has been increased to 200.

Fortnite Chapter 2 also arrives in Reload

Last but not least, there are the new features for Fortnite Reload. This mini battle royale also takes a look back, completely revamping its map to resemble that of Chapter 2 of the game.

This new content update is called Desert Drop, and in addition to adding a new map, it also adds the new Reload: Solo game mode. On this new island we can expect to find locations such as Paradise Palms, Shifty Shafts, and Lazy Links. In addition, starting November 12, this map will alternate with the Reload map from Chapter 1 every 30 minutes.

In Solo Reload, the rules are the same, but all players have a total of three lives. When the respawn period ends, the extra lives are converted into 50 additional non-regenerative shield points (up to a maximum of 100). In a zero build, this is added to the 50 total regenerative shield points that all players have. If you are eliminated when you run out of health, you will return to the lobby!
